By Alpha House - The Boreal is a pilot project testing a two pronged approach to encampments in the City of Calgary: rapid response outreach and transitional housing. 24/7 supportive housing is offered at The Boreal in conjunction with a dedicated outreach program to identify and support rough sleepers into the program.
